The Brief:
Make It Yours is the online magazine from the creative team at decorative paint brand Rust-Oleum. They aim to inspire their readers to pick up a paint brush and transform their own spaces. As part of their Behind The Brush series, they collaborate with influencers to create DIY ideas, how-to guides and project inspiration.
The Solution:
Sofie collaborated with Make It Yours to put together a visual how-to guide for transforming an ordinary baby changing unit into a tribal-inspired statement piece. The client wanted to offer inspiration to their readers, while offering achievable DIY ideas for them to try at home.
She designed the paintwork pattern, before photographing and breaking down the process into simple steps that would be easy for readers to follow. Throughout the guide, she highlights the Rust-Oleum products she used and the benefits of choosing them for a DIY project.
